Seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman for interior decoration work on residential, commercial, or retail projects in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors and workers.
- Ensure interior decoration, joinery, and fit-out work follows approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and work progress.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans.
- Coordinate material delivery and efficient use of manpower and site resources.
- Communicate with project engineers, designers, and clients as needed.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, painting, tiling, partitions, ceilings, and other interior finishing activities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage teams independently.
- Good understanding of UAE building codes and site safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Fit-Out Foreman.
- Must be available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
Pay
- The description gives a salary range of AED 2,500–4,500 depending on experience and separately lists pay of AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
