Procurement / Supply Chain
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant
to support end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
and strong knowledge of the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle end-to-end procurement process (Requisition to Delivery)
✅ Create and manage
PO, GRN, invoice postings & inventory updates
in
Sap S/4hana
✅ Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in SAP
✅ Obtain supplier quotations, compare pricing & negotiate with vendors
✅ Coordinate shipments with logistics teams and ensure timely delivery
✅ Prepare MIS reports, procurement analysis & cost comparisons
✅ Support demand planning & replenishment to avoid shortages/overstock
✅ Coordinate with warehouse, finance, sales & logistics teams
Mandatory Requirements
🔹 3–5 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience is compulsory
(PO, GRN, invoice, inventory postings)
🔹 Strong knowledge of procurement & supply chain processes
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
🔹 Experience managing multiple suppliers & multi-product procurement
🔹 Strong coordination & communication skills
Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or related field
🌍 UAE / Africa experience preferred
