Procurement Assistant supporting procurement and purchasing activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and send RFQs; collect, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documents.
- Coordinate supplier prices, availability, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely availability at site.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier details, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate requirements with engineering, store, and project teams.
- Obtain technical specifications and material submittals from suppliers.
- Monitor pending orders, update procurement status, and support daily procurement administration.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience; construction or engineering company experience is preferred.
- Engineering background; diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of engineering or construction materials.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
