Lead global purchasing and supply chain operations for mobile devices.
The role is full-time and based in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Plan bulk mobile-device purchases using demand, sales forecasts, and inventory goals.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard international and local suppliers; build lasting vendor relationships.
- Negotiate buy prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate demand and stock planning with Sales and Inventory teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Oversee inbound shipping, customs coordination, and freight to support on-time delivery.
Candidate requirements
- 3–5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in the UAE.
- Mobile phone trading, consumer electronics wholesale, or international device sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and demand forecasting skills; ERP inventory module and Excel proficiency.
- Analytical, market-aware, and organized under tight trading timelines.
