The Person The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a chemical or similar production environment and be used to operating to high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate would be: Enthusiastic Conscientious Flexible A good communicator Safety conscious Willing to be trained and able to work as an integral member of a team. The Role Operating production units to support business targets Running and controlling the manufacturing process using state of the art control systems., Experience would be an advantage `but full training will be given Following established safety procedures Monitoring the process at all times for deviations Troubleshooting Housekeeping to a high standard Following organisational code of conduct for business and ethics Engaging and participating in site-wide safety initiatives. Please note this position may require membership of the ERT.
