Process Safety Management Specialist And Senior Pse

The Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist reports to the Head of Health & Safety and supports the effective implementation of process safety management across the Generation International (GI) fleet.

Working closely with the Process Safety manager, this role focuses on supporting the development of local PSM champions, coordinating process safety network activities, and facilitating hazard identification and risk analysis to help mitigate risks across assets.

The role will contribute to training delivery, performance monitoring, incident investigations, and sharing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

The position is based in Dubai, with frequent travel across the GI perimeter, including GCC, KSA, Africa, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, and Australia to support site activities.

Required Qual
