Process / Reliability / Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Process / Reliability / Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize production processes, equipment reliability, and maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring asset reliability, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

This role requires strong engineering expertise, strategic planning, and proven leadership in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance.
• Oversee daily process engineering, maintenance, and reliability activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Establish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance, production efficiency, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring operational failures.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives, asset management strategies, and maintenance optimization programs.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, manpower planning, spare parts inventory, and equipment procurement.
• Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, and technical teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, procurement, and external contractors to ensure effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
• Oversee equipment inspections, shutdown planning, repairs, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment availability, reliability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
• Prepare technical reports, operational performance reviews, and improvement recommendations for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, or maintenance management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, processing, or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, asset reliability, process optimization, and equipment engineering.
• Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, TPM, and condition-based monitoring.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, engineering projects, shutdowns, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety, quality management, and operational risk control.
• Proficient in CMMS, maintenance planning software, and relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
