Process Excellence and Agentic Change Manager

Opportunity

Process and AI delivery

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics using process mining, data analysis, and operational assessment to identify inefficiency and automation opportunities.
• Design agentic AI solutions, including orchestration frameworks, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop decision points, and integration architecture.
• Lead consulting workstreams, accountable for scope, quality, timelines, client outcomes, and cross-functional teams.
• Define target processes, responsibility models, and governance structures for AI-enabled operations.

Platforms and tools

• Work with platforms including Celonis, SAP, Coupa, Kinaxis, o9, LangChain, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and custom LLM integrations.
• Decision intelligence experience with Aera Technology, Palantir, or equivalent platforms is cited.

Change, growth, and people development

• Lead stakeholder engagement, capability building, communications, and cultural change to support working alongside AI agents.
• Identify growth opportunities, shape proposals, and support client development through presentations, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to AI assets, methodologies, and knowledge development.

Experience and capabilities

• 6 to 10 years across process excellence, intelligent automation, data and AI, supply chain consulting, or operations in consulting, industry, or technology roles.
• Strong process thinking and data analytical skills; experience may span process mining, Lean or Six Sigma, or structured process redesign methodologies.
• Ability to translate supply-chain problems into practical AI-enabled decisions and workflows.
• Candidates should combine technical credibility, client-facing confidence, and a genuine interest in agentic AI.

Work arrangement

• Flexibility and mobility are required; delivery includes time on-site with clients and partners.
