Process Design Engineer

Overview

Role Purpose

• The Process & Governance Designer will support the development of a
• structured Partnership Framework
• for the Digital Services portfolio.
• The framework will define the
• governance, processes, templates, and contracting structures required to manage partnerships and the products and services delivered through those partnerships
• .
• The role will focus on designing and documenting
• end-to-end lifecycle processes
• covering both:
• **Partner lifecycle management**
• , and
• **Product and service lifecycle management for partner-enabled offerings**
• The objective is to establish
• clear, scalable, and repeatable frameworks
• that enable efficient onboarding of partners and structured management of partner-driven products and services from concept to retirement.
• This role is part of a
• time-bound outsourcing project
• aimed at defining the partnership operating model and producing the required documentation, governance structures, and templates for implementation.

Partnership Framework Design

• Support the design and documentation of the

Partnership Framework

• , covering the lifecycle from partner identification through onboarding, management, performance evaluation, and renewal/termination.
• Define
• different partnership engagement models
• , such as reseller, technology partner, service delivery partner, platform partner, and strategic alliances.
• Establish clear
• criteria, evaluation mechanisms, and governance processes
• for selecting and managing partners.

Product & Service Lifecycle Framework

• Define and document the
• lifecycle for products and services delivered through partners
• , including:
• Opportunity identification
• Product/service concept and business case
• Partner selection and engagement
• Service design and commercial model definition
• Internal approvals and onboarding
• Service launch and go-to-market enablement
• Performance monitoring and lifecycle management
• Enhancement, scaling, or retirement
• Ensure alignment between
• partner lifecycle activities and product/service lifecycle stages
• .

Process Definition & Documentation

• Map and document
• end-to-end processes
• for:
• Partner evaluation and onboarding
• Partner-enabled product/service development
• Commercial structuring and pricing
• Service launch and operational management

• process maps, workflows, and operating procedures

• Identify roles, responsibilities, and handoffs between internal stakeholders.

Governance & Decision Framework

• Define
• governance structures and decision-making frameworks
• supporting both partnership management and partner-enabled services.

• RACI models
• for key processes.
• Define approval gates and escalation paths for:
• Partner onboarding
• Product/service approvals
• Commercial agreements

Templates, Playbooks & Toolkits

• Develop standardized templates to support partnership and product lifecycle activities, including:
• Partner evaluation and due diligence templates
• Product/service opportunity assessment templates
• Business case templates
• Partner onboarding checklists
• Go-to-market readiness templates
• Partner performance monitoring templates

Contracting Framework Support

• Support the development of
• standardized partnership contracting structures
• aligned with different partnership models.
• Work with internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, commercial teams) to define
• contract templates and key commercial terms
• .
• Document
• contracting workflows and approval processes
• for partner-enabled products and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders (strategy, product, legal, procurement, commercial teams) to gather requirements and validate framework components.

Required Skills & ExperienceExperience

• 4–7 years of experience in:
• Business process design
• Governance framework development
• Operating model or lifecycle framework design
• Consulting or transformation projects
• Experience designing
