Consultant Process Design

Overview

• The boutique firm s client is based in Saudi Arabia and is a global trading company focused on import and exports.
• They are now seeking a professional process consultant with industry experience in the import and exporting to design processes for the following departments:
• Procurement
• Finance
• Contract Management
• Logistics
• Inventory management
• The client needs a
• consultant with solid process design expertise
• and deep subject matter expertise in the business of global trading of products.
• Ideally, the candidates should have:
• 10+ years of import/export industry experience
• 7+ years of experience process design and can demonstrate previous mapping and documentation of processes
• Experience in VISIO
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement experience
• Cultural sensitivity is a must
• Arabic speaking is NOT a must
• Candidates must also be able to:
• Effectively manage stakeholders with work plans and clear deliverables and clear guidance
• Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders, including c-suite interactions
• Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule
• The engagement is primarily focused on the design and documentation of processes.
• It will cover all processes for the named departments.
• Candidates are required to:
• Working with multiple business unit and functional leads to guide their contributions
• Interviewing very senior executives to solicit their input and refinements
