Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Sharjah Municipality Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong expertise in Sharjah Municipality procedures and government transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation, approvals, and compliance processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all government-related transactions, especially with Sharjah Municipality and other UAE authorities
• Process and renew trade licenses, permits, and approvals
• Handle building permits, tenancy contracts, and municipal approvals
• Coordinate with government departments for inspections and clearances
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all legal documents
• Manage visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and immigration procedures
• Maintain proper records of all official documents and transactions
• Keep updated with UAE laws, regulations, and municipal requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in Sharjah
• Strong experience with Sharjah Municipality procedures (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and licensing processes
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Highly proficient in typing and translating Arabic
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or real estate sector
• Existing connections with government departments in Sharjah
• Familiarity with online government portals and systems

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

• PRO in Sharjah UAE: 5 years (Required)
