Arabic PRO (Public Relations Officer) DOH Licensing Specialist

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong expertise in Department of Health (DOH) licensing and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related processes, with a particular focus on healthcare licensing, compliance, and documentation in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process DOH licensing applications for healthcare professionals and facilities

* Handle renewals, transfers, cancellations, and amendments of DOH licenses

* Ensure compliance with UAE laws and healthcare regulations

* Track and follow up on application statuses to ensure timely approvals

* Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DOH regulations and policy changes

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, specifically with DOH licensing

* Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and procedures

* Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

* Excellent communication and government liaison skills

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities

* Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in healthcare or medical institutions

* Existing relationships with government departments is an advantage
