Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong expertise in Department of Health (DOH) licensing and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related processes, with a particular focus on healthcare licensing, compliance, and documentation in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process DOH licensing applications for healthcare professionals and facilities
- Handle renewals, transfers, cancellations, and amendments of DOH licenses
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and healthcare regulations
- Track and follow up on application statuses to ensure timely approvals
- Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DOH regulations and policy changes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, specifically with DOH licensing
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and procedures
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and government liaison skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare or medical institutions
- Existing relationships with government departments is an advantage
