PRO (Public Relation Officer)

About This Role

Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Full Time

We are seeking a professional and dependable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage government-related documentation and approvals across UAE authorities
• Liaise with departments including DED, Immigration, and other regulatory bodies
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client documentation
• Maintain strict compliance standards and organized record-keeping
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred; however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience handling PRO services across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Northern Emirates are highly desired
• Ability to consistently deliver quality, professional, and ethical work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and responsibly
• No age restrictions
• Candidates may be based in any emirate within the UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3000 – AED 3,500 (based on experience)
• Performance-based commission structure
• Year-end benefits as per company policy
• Work permit will be provided upon hiring

Confidentiality & Compliance:

• The selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Competition Agreement
• Strict adherence to data protection policies is mandatory
• Sharing, misuse, or unauthorized handling of client documents and company information will not be tolerated
• Candidates should be able to commit to this role on a full-time basis
• Engagement in similar or competing services during employment is not permitted
