Handle government processes for the company and its clients, completing documents accurately, on time, and in line with UAE regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Process visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, and work permits, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle trade licence applications, renewals, and amendments with mainland and free zone authorities.
- Submit and follow up on applications with MoHRE, GDRFA/ICP, the Department of Economy and Tourism, and free zones.
- Arrange document attestation, translation, and notarisation.
- Track expiry dates and renewals so documents do not lapse.
- Keep clients and the team updated on progress and requirements.
- Use government portals and service centres, including Tasheel, Amer, and ICP smart services.
What You Bring
- At least 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE government departments and their processes, with established professional relationships through proper channels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and licensing rules.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to find practical solutions when problems arise.
- Organised and reliable.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a business setup or corporate services firm is preferred.
