Job Overview
Study Plus Education Qatar is looking for a reliable and experienced PRO & HR Assistant for a temporary 3-month contract to support our administrative, HR, and government-related operations during staff leave.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Qatar’s ministry procedures, labor regulations, immigration processes, and general HR and documentation handling.
PRO Responsibilities
- Handle all government-related documentation and approvals
- Process visa applications, renewals, QID procedures, and ministry submissions
- Coordinate with ministries and government departments in Qatar
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and immigration regulations
- Follow up on approvals, permits, and official requests
HR Assistant Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including employee records management
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of staff
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records
- Support in drafting letters, contracts, and HR-related correspondence
- Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate with staff regarding HR documentation requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in PRO roles in Qatar (mandatory)
- Experience in HR support or HR assistant roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of Qatar ministry procedures and labor regulations
- Familiarity with immigration, visa, and labor processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
Contract Duration
- Temporary Position – 3 Months
Additional Note
- Based on performance during the contract period, there is a possibility of converting this role into a permanent position.
