Overview
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes, immigration matters, and healthcare licensing requirements.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling UAE immigration procedures and healthcare licensing activities in both Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visa processing, residency applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities and online portals for document submissions and approvals.
- Handle healthcare licensing processes for medical professionals and facilities, including applications, renewals, transfers, and amendments.
- Process and follow up on licensing requirements with healthcare regulatory authorities in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
- Prepare, review, and submit required documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Monitor application statuses and follow up with government entities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of employee visas, permits, licenses, and government documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding immigration and licensing procedures.
- Coordinate document attestation, translation, and other administrative requirements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support HR and administration teams with government-related activities and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
- Proven experience in handling immigration matters and healthcare licensing in **Abu Dhabi and Sharjah**.
- Familiarity with relevant government and healthcare licensing portals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
