Key ResponsibilitiesPRO Responsibilities

  • Process **visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes** for employees.
  • Handle **labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, MOL & immigration approvals**.
  • Coordinate with **MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government entities**.
  • Manage **trade license renewal, establishment cards, and company documentation**.
  • Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate **employee records**.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide daily **administrative support** to management and departments.
  • Maintain **employee files, HR records, and office documentation**.
  • Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and basic HR coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum **2–5 years of experience** as a **PRO or Admin Assistant** in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of **UAE labour laws and government procedures**.
  • Experience dealing with **Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA**.
  • Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
  • Good communication skills in **English** (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
