Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Sheet Metal Banding Operator** to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating banding equipment, packaging sheet metal products, and ensuring materials are safely secured for shipping and handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sheet metal banding equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure, stack, and secure sheet metal bundles according to work orders and specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packaging
- Label and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and general shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, metal fabrication, or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with banding, strapping, or packaging equipment (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret job orders or production sheets
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
