PRIVATE JET CHARTER
About This Role
We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Private Jet Charter Broker to join our elite aviation team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong network in UHNW clients, corporate executives, and luxury travel sectors.
You will be responsible for selling private jet charter services, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close private jet charter sales globally
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients
- Source aircraft options and negotiate pricing with operators
- Provide tailored charter solutions based on client needs
- Manage end-to-end charter process (quotation → booking → execution)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of aircraft availability, routes, and pricing trends
- Deliver exceptional, VIP-level customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in private jet charter / aviation sales
- Strong network of potential clients (UHNW / corporate / luxury travel)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and close high-value deals
- Strong understanding of private aviation market
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Highly motivated, target-driven personality
