Based in Dubai’s vibrant Al Quoz district, We Xantory Tech Reseller General Trading is employing for its sister company "NeroJet". Its an ambitious boutique firm redefining private aviation. We are looking for a powerhouse Broker to join us at a pivotal stage. This isn’t just a job—it’s an invitation to join our founding team and help build the next big name in global aviation.

The Role: Closer & Hunter

At NeroJet, we invest heavily in our growth. We provide you with company-generated leads, but we are looking for a broker who goes further.

The role is primarily office-based, as we believe the best results come from a high-energy, collaborative environment where we win as a team. However, the nature of private aviation requires someone who is highly mobile and ready to go where the business is.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to and close company-generated leads with a high conversion rate.

Proactive Business Development: Beyond our leads, you will actively hunt, prospect, and acquire new HNWIs and corporate accounts to fuel our expansion.

Office-Centric Collaboration: Your primary base will be our Al Quoz headquarters, driving the team's energy and contributing to our growth strategy.

24/7 Availability & Flexibility: This is not a 9-to-5. You must be reachable and ready to act at all times—whether it’s a late-night flight change or a weekend client request.

Mission Execution: Source the best aircraft, negotiate with global operators, and oversee every mission detail from takeoff to landing.

Your Profile

Experience: 2–3 years of proven brokerage experience. You understand the market, the aircraft, and the high-stakes nature of the GCC region.

The "Hunter" Mentality: You possess a relentless drive to find new business and don't rely solely on incoming leads.

Absolute Flexibility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable being "on-call" to ensure seamless service for your clients.

Resilience: You have the stamina for the "Dubai grind" and a passion for building a brand from the ground up.

Communication: Flawless English is mandatory. Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a significant advantage.
