Overview
A high-profile family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Private Chef** to prepare healthy, high-quality meals tailored to their dietary preferences.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in international and Middle Eastern cuisine, menu planning, and sourcing fresh ingredients while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily meals according to the family's dietary requirements and preferences.
- Create a variety of menus, including international, Middle Eastern, and health-conscious options.
- Source and purchase high-quality, fresh ingredients from local markets and specialty stores.
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Prepare meals for special occasions, events, and guests as needed.
- Adapt menus based on seasonal availability and dietary restrictions.
- Work closely with household staff to coordinate meal service and kitchen management.
- Maintain kitchen inventory, manage food storage, and minimize waste.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Private Chef in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Culinary degree or professional chef training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, including Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern dishes.
- Understanding of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and meal planning for health-conscious individuals.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the family's preferences and schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and special events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
