Requirements
- BA/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the built environment
- Proven experience delivering mission critical/data centre projects is essential
- Middle East project experience is required (GCC preferred)
- Candidates based outside the region will also be considered if they have delivered Middle East data centre projects
- Strong MEP systems design experience across complex developments
- Client-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage project expectations and delivery
- ATD and RCDD certifications are highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and coordination of major mission critical/data centre projects across the region
- Manage the design and delivery of complex MEP systems from concept through to completion
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to project teams and junior engineers
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support commercial decision-making and contribute to business development where required
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international and regional standards
- Report directly to the Head of Design and contribute to strategic project delivery across the business
