Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT strategy partner to senior business leadership for Ontada.
  • Define and maintain multi-year IT technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy and enterprise standards.
  • Provide end-to-end accountability for solution delivery outcomes across multiple IT domains.
  • Ensure operational health, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of business-critical platforms.
  • Drive IT Technology adoption, value realization, and customer success outcomes.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex business, technology, and operational issues.
  • Influence enterprise IT technology direction by sharing insights, risks, and opportunities across McKesson Technology.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications
  • Proven experience partnering directly with senior business leaders on IT technology strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success owning IT technology outcomes across multiple businesses or portfolios.
  • Strong ability to influence and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority.
  • Experience in regulated, data-intensive, or digital-first business environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
