Overview

The Revenue Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth across the business.

This role combines commercial analysis, strategic planning, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales performance, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to management.
  • Support pricing strategy development and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product mix, customer segmentation, and channel performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Build financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
  • Track the performance of growth initiatives and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning processes.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial excellence, business analytics, sales operations, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and revenue management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
