Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced

Head of Sales – Corporate (Travel & Tour Industry)

to join us as part of our strategic growth and commercial expansion.

The role will focus on leading the corporate sales function, driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and strengthening the company’s position within the corporate travel sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the corporate travel sales team, design and execute sales strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality travel solutions for corporate clients, including business travel, group movements, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE)

.

Job Responsibilitie

  • s:Lead and manage the Corporate Sales function within the Travel & Tours division, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth target
  • s.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand corporate accounts and increase market share in the business travel secto
  • r.Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-maker
  • s.Oversee the preparation of corporate travel solutions including group bookings, business travel programs, and MICE arrangement
  • s.Collaborate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and global travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and service agreement
  • s.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunitie
  • s.Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and service excellenc
  • e.Ensure proper use of GDS systems and travel technologies to support efficient sales operations and reportin
  • g.Review sales performance regularly and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior managemen
  • t.Ensure all corporate accounts receive high-quality service delivery and consistent client satisfactio

Qualificatio

  • ns:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in corporate travel, travel sales, or tourism industry, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership ro
  • le.Proven track record in corporate sales growth, account management, and business development within the travel indust
  • ry.Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations, including GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galil
  • eo.
