We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Pricing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining competitive air freight rates, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with airlines and overseas agents, and supporting the sales team with timely pricing solutions.
The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain competitive air freight rates from airlines and overseas agents.
- Prepare and submit accurate freight quotations.
- Support the sales team with pricing and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, and agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Maintain rate sheets and prepare pricing/MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and agents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in air freight pricing or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
