Pricing Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy across diverse markets, balancing competitiveness, profitability, and client requirements.
• Serve as primary pricing contact for assigned territories or regions.
• Manage pricing exercises for large, complex global accounts and new business opportunities.
• Assess pricing model outputs against client-level profitability analyses with FP&A and Corporate Finance.
• Recommend and implement pricing strategies that improve client-account financial performance.
• Analyze revenue and expense drivers and maintain accurate financial models.
• Develop pricing structures for new products and services.
• Conduct product performance and pricing reviews and prepare analyses for pricing initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in pricing, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers in the relocation industry.
• Knowledge of relocation revenue drivers and operations across multiple service lines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, prioritization, and independent-working abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting pricing recommendations and financial analyses to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Advanced financial modelling and pricing strategy expertise.
