Pricing Coordinator

Role Overview

Workplace

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with hybrid working.

Operational Responsibilities

• Process incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectations.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, agents, branches, franchises, suppliers, and commercial teams.
• Use the correct pricing templates for customers and pricing platforms.
• Assist with preparing and constructing proposals for corporate accounts, agents, partners, and pricing platforms.
• Assist with auditing as necessary.
• Understand and apply the Network Global Service Charter requirements.

Reporting Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data capture in systems.
• Report actual and potential problems and unsatisfactory practices to the manager.
• Assist with preparing and forwarding month-end reports.
• Maintain a record of personal development.

Education and Experience

• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working in the freight industry.
