The employer seeks an experienced Pricing Head with a strong NVOCC and shipping industry background.
The role is intended to strengthen the carrier network, secure competitive rates, and support shipping business growth.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and rates with vessel operators.
- Develop NVOCC pricing strategy and routes.
- Procure ocean freight and negotiate with carriers.
- Manage buying rates, selling rates, and profitability.
- Develop competitive pricing for key trade lanes.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations.
- Maintain relationships with shipping lines, vessel operators, and agents.
Requirements
- Strong background in NVOCC and the shipping industry.
- Experience with vessel operator pricing and rate negotiations.
- Strong contacts and working relationships with feeder lines.
- Experience in NVOCC pricing strategy, route development, ocean freight procurement, and carrier negotiations.
- Experience managing buying rates, selling rates, and profitability.
- Hands-on experience with NVOCCs, shipping lines, vessel operators, or feeder operators is strongly preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
