Junior Accountant in the Accounts & Finance Department, supporting day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting.
The position is full-time and located in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices; handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense vouchers.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and update receivables reports.
- Verify supplier invoices against supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial report preparation.
- File invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with UAE VAT documentation and records.
- Coordinate with other departments on billing and supporting documents.
Requirements
- A detail-oriented approach is sought.
- Three years of logistics experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
