Pricing Head

Overview

• We are looking for a **Pricing Head** to lead our Freight Forwarding commercial desk.
• You will manage a high-performing team and take full ownership of our Air and Sea (FCL/LCL) pricing strategy.
• **Industry Expertise:** Extensive experience specifically within **Freight Forwarding**, with a deep understanding of **Import/Export** procedures for **Air, Sea (LCL & FCL)**, and multimodal logistics.
• **Carrier & Agent Network:** A robust, existing network of international agents and carrier contacts to leverage for immediate competitive advantage.
• **Team Leadership:** Proven track record of managing a pricing team and the ability to maintain composure and decisiveness in a **high-stress, fast-paced environment**.
• **Advanced Negotiation Skills:** Exceptional ability to negotiate with vendors and agents to secure rates that win business.
• **Communication Excellence:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client follow-ups and effective internal team coordination.
• **Market Intelligence:** Ability to interpret global shipping trends, surcharges, and blank sailings to provide proactive advice to the Sales team.
• **8+ years** of Freight Forwarding experience (Import/Export focus).
• Proven ability to negotiate under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
