A recent graduate will join Kavak's Pricing team in Dubai to work on pricing and business problems, analyze data, and develop recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking inventory health, market competitiveness, and gross margin performance across the active portfolio.
- Analyze competitive pricing by structuring and interpreting market data.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data from production databases.
- Develop pricing models in Google Sheets or Python to support daily decisions.
- Clean data and update daily, weekly, and monthly pricing reports.
- Prototype AI-assisted workflows using large language models to automate repetitive analytical work.
- Work with Supply, Sales, and Commercial teams to align pricing signals with business targets.
Tools
- Tools include Google Sheets, Google Slides, SQL, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- Python is a plus.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate within the last 12 months in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative or analytical field.
- Strong academic record: GPA 3.5+, First Class Honours, or Distinction.
- Able to make clear recommendations from ambiguous, unstructured business problems.
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, clear communication, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Valued evidence includes competition recognition, projects with real traction, hackathon wins, founding experience, or student leadership.
