Pricing Administrator
Role Overview
The Pricing Administrator is responsible for supporting the execution and ongoing maintenance of pricing strategies across the organization.
This role works in close partnership with the Pricing and Channel Partner Lead to ensure accurate implementation of pricing updates, contract terms, and quoting tools.
Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong process coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive channel partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in business or related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience in pricing, sales operations, finance or customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Oracle, Salesforce CRM or other ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; familiarity with Tableau is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- High degree of confidentiality, initiative, and ownership in responsibilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional efforts
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
