• Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with the brand's vision and business objectives.
• Lead content planning by creating campaign concepts, content calendars, and storytelling ideas across digital platforms.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, audience behaviour, and industry developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with creative teams to guide content production and ensure consistency in the brand's voice and identity.
• Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize reach and impact.
• Support the brand's presence through strong communication and occasional on-camera appearances when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the media industry, with a strong background in content strategy, creative planning, or digital media.
• Proven ability to develop engaging content concepts and storytelling strategies across social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and content performance analytics.
• Experience collaborating with creative, production, or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
