Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Presales Solutions Architect.
The Presales Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored IT solutions that address their needs.
Responsibilities
include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and leading discussions on solution feasibility.
The role also involves working closely with sales and technical teams, ensuring smooth integration of proposed solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the presales process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, with the ability to assess and design comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs
- Strong Consulting skills, including client interaction, requirement gathering, and presentation abilities
- Experience in Software Development and Integration, with a comprehensive understanding of modern software lifecycle practices
- Knowledge of Business Processes, particularly in designing solutions that address operational challenges and enhance efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with AWS solutions or certifications, reflecting expertise in cloud computing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role and industry
