Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer – Security Systems located in Doha, Qatar.
The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for developing sales proposals, handling customer inquiries, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Understanding customer requiremenets, and build strong technical relationships.
- Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation
- Solution Design:
- Develop customized technical solutions, architectures, and proposals that align with customer needs and company products portfolio.
- Demonstrations:
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to specific client scenarios.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales process
- Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with sales teams to provide technical input, support bids, and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals.
- Documentation:
- Contribute to sales materials, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and technical documentation.
- Market Insight:
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation.
- Drive presales efforts, and handle multiple product distribution portfolio
