Overview
Advanced Vision is looking for a
Presales Engineer
to support our business development activities across
smart access, physical security, surveillance, ELV systems, smart mobility, and integrated technology projects
.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for:
- Attending client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Understanding client requirements and reviewing RFPs, tenders, scopes of work, BOQs, and specifications.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Preparing cost sheets, BOQs, pricing summaries, and supplier comparisons.
- Preparing technical write-ups, solution descriptions, compliance responses, method statements, and proposal content.
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and internal technical teams.
- Supporting solution design, compliance statements, implementation plans, and proposal documentation.
- Following up on clarifications, revised offers, and tender requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in presales, estimation, technical sales support, or proposal preparation.
- Background in ELV, access control, CCTV, physical security, surveillance, smart mobility, or related technology solutions.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, BOQs, and project pricing.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to prepare clear and professional proposal content.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
