The pre-sales consultant supports enterprise sales opportunities across MEA and partners with solution architects throughout the sales cycle.
The role engages executive stakeholders, conducts discovery workshops, demonstrates products, and supports proposals for strategic enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the general manager and sales team to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Lead customer discovery workshops and identify business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Recommend and demonstrate dashboards, reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-powered insights.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, business cases, executive presentations, proof-of-concepts, solution scoping, and business validation.
- Build relationships with executives and decision-makers; track BI, AI, analytics trends, and GCC market insights.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, business intelligence, enterprise software, or analytics consulting.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, or Oracle Analytics environments.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or cloud data platforms.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data integration, and reporting architectures.
- Experience supporting RFPs and public sector procurement processes; previous SaaS vendor or consulting organization experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
