Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Pre-Sales professional to support our sales team in driving customer acquisition and solution adoption.
The role involves understanding client requirements, designing tailored communication solutions, and delivering impactful product demonstrations across cloud telephony, contact center, and omnichannel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges
· Design customized solutions using TabaTalk offerings (Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, WhatsApp API, etc.)
· Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical walkthroughs for prospects and partners
· Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation
· Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
· Support integration discussions (CRM, APIs, SIP, etc.) with client technical teams
· Assist in POCs (Proof of Concepts) and ensure successful execution
· Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and telecom regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering (preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom)
· Strong understanding of cloud telephony, VoIP, APIs, and CRM integrations
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
· Experience with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
· Basic understanding of networking (SIP, PRI, IP, firewalls) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Middle East telecom or SaaS markets
· Exposure to WhatsApp Business API and omnichannel platforms
· Prior experience handling enterprise clients and partners
