Role Description
The PR Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative, communication, and public relation activities of the Managing Director.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to support executive operations, external communications, meetings, stakeholder relations, and confidential business matters.
The ideal candidate shall be a professional Arabic Speaker (English proficiency required) with strong interpersonal skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
Qualifications
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and activities of the Managing Director.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
- Coordinate meetings, business visits, conferences, and executive engagements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive matters.
- Liaise with clients, partners, government entities, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally.
- Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documentation.
- Monitor follow-ups, pending approvals, and action items assigned by the Managing Director.
- Assist in event coordination, exhibitions, and company representation activities when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and executive logistics.
- Ensure professional handling of incoming calls, visitors, and official inquiries.
- Support administrative and operational requirements of the Executive Office.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Public Relations, Executive Coordination, Administration, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English; excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business correspondence.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with government entities and corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business protocol and executive office coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-related industries is an advantage.
