Lead safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation facilities.
Direct plant operations, maintenance, technical teams, and performance improvement to support reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and develop operating strategies, maintenance plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor plant performance, reliability, energy efficiency, fuel use, and costs; manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and track KPIs for availability, reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Manage budgets, maintenance expenditures, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and operational compliance; oversee inspections, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and overhauls.
- Implement risk and emergency response plans and business continuity measures.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers; support upgrades, capital projects, replacement, commissioning, and modernization.
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, budget updates, and management recommendations; drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or power generation management, with proven multidisciplinary team leadership.
- Knowledge of power generation systems, plant equipment, maintenance strategies, and operational procedures.
- Experience in performance optimization, reliability management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Understanding of safety, environmental management, risk assessment, and quality assurance; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant plant monitoring, maintenance, or enterprise management systems.
- Fluency in English and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
