Oversee safe, reliable, and efficient power generation facility operations.
Manage plant performance, maintenance, operational safety, regulatory compliance, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and develop operating strategies, maintenance plans, and performance initiatives.
- Monitor reliability, energy efficiency, fuel consumption, and operating costs; oversee maintenance activities.
- Lead plant teams; manage budgets, resources, and expenditures.
- Coordinate inspections, fault analysis, overhauls, risk procedures, and emergency response.
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships; prepare reports and support capital projects, upgrades, and commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive power plant operations, maintenance, or power generation management experience.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
- Knowledge of power generation systems, plant equipment, maintenance, performance optimization, budgets, reliability, and risk control.
- Understanding of occupational safety, environmental management, and quality standards.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant plant systems; fluency in English.
