About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Post Sales Executive** to manage and grow client relationships after company formation.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and be capable of generating additional revenue through value-added services such as corporate bank account assistance, VAT registration, Corporate Tax compliance, accounting services, and license-related support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients after company incorporation and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Assist clients with corporate bank account opening processes.
- Coordinate VAT registration, deregistration, and compliance services.
- Handle Corporate Tax registration and related advisory coordination.
- Promote and sell additional services including:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
- VAT Services
• Corporate Tax Services
- Audit Services
• PRO & Government Services
- Visa Services
- Compliance and Regulatory Services
- Follow up with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and government authorities to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of UAE mainland, free zone, VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
