We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **Business Setup Sales Coordinator** to manage lead follow-ups, coordinate business setup processes, and ensure smooth execution of company formation and licensing procedures.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the UAE business setup industry, possess strong knowledge of company formation procedures, and be proactive in coordinating with clients, sales teams, and government authorities to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on all incoming leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Coordinate between the sales team, operations team, and clients throughout the business setup process.
- Monitor and track the progress of company formation, licensing, visa, and related government processes.
- Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and submitted on time.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and application statuses in the CRM system.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, free zones, and government departments when required.
- Provide clients with updates regarding the progress of their applications and business setup requirements.
- Escalate delays or issues and proactively work towards resolving them.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and efficient coordination.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into successful business setup clients.
