We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Setup Consultant (Arabic Speaking) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE business setup services, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
This role requires advising clients on company formation options across the UAE, identifying the most suitable business setup solutions, and managing the entire process from consultation to company incorporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on **Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation** in the UAE.
- Explain licensing structures, visa eligibility, residency requirements, and regulatory procedures.
- Prepare and present customized quotations, proposals, and business setup solutions.
- Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions and close sales.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with government departments, Free Zone authorities, and relevant entities to facilitate company formation processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system.

- نبحث عن مستشار تأسيس أعمال يتمتع بمهارات قوية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تقديم الاستشارات للعملاء الراغبين في تأسيس شركاتهم داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومساعدتهم في اختيار الحلول المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم التجارية، مع ضمان تجربة احترافية وسلسة من الاستشارة الأولى وحتى إتمام إجراءات التأسيس.
- **المهام والمسؤوليات**
- التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين وفهم احتياجاتهم التجارية.
- تقديم الاستشارات المتعلقة بتأسيس الشركات في المناطق الحرة والبر الرئيسي.
- شرح متطلبات التراخيص التجارية والإقامات والتأشيرات.
- إعداد وإرسال عروض الأسعار والعروض التجارية.
- متابعة العملاء حتى إتمام عملية البيع.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.
- تحديث بيانات العملاء ومتابعة الطلبات بشكل دوري.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والمناطق الحرة عند الحاجة.
- المحافظة على سجلات العملاء وتحديثها عبر أنظمة CRM.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في مجال تأسيس الشركات أو المبيعات داخل دولة الإمارات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل تحت الضغط.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (العربية ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات تأسيس الشركات في الإمارات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة العملاء (CRM).
