Post Production Artist - Fixed Term

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Retouch high-end photography from initial selects through final delivery, including detailed beauty retouching that preserves a natural result.
• Retouch product and packaging imagery, applying color work, compositing, masking, background work, reconstruction, and other advanced Photoshop techniques.
• Interpret creative direction, briefs, mood boards, and notes with the photography and creative teams.
• Maintain quality across campaign, editorial, digital, social, print, and e-commerce assets; manage high volumes and deadlines.
• Perform final quality checks and prepare files to technical, format, dimension, and resolution requirements.
• Maintain layered files, exports, and archives; support efficient workflows and standards.
• Brief and guide external retouching vendors and stay current with relevant tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in retouching, digital art, or comparable photography post-production.
• A strong portfolio in high-end beauty, product, editorial, campaign, and commercial retouching.
• Advanced Photoshop skills, including masking, compositing, frequency separation, dodge and burn, color correction, cleanup, and image reconstruction.
• Working knowledge of Lightroom and Capture One.
• Strong understanding of beauty details, product materials, color management, and output requirements across print and digital channels.
• Ability to interpret creative direction, deliver consistent quality at volume, meet tight deadlines, organize priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or high-end commercial photography is preferred; global-brand experience and AI-assisted imaging are a plus.
