Job Purpose

Responsible for the end-to-end management of POS terminals and e-commerce payment support, including device preparation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

The role ensures all payment devices are fully functional, secure, and ready for merchant use while maintaining accurate inventory and operational records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and prepare POS terminals, including software installation, parameter setup, and testing before deployment
  • Manage faulty and repaired devices, including tracking, vendor coordination, and quality checks
  • Provide ongoing technical support for POS and e-commerce systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Handle terminal fulfillment, inventory management, and timely dispatch to merchants
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and accurate documentation of all operations
