Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new properties for sale and leasing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
- Manage an active portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property valuations and listing presentations
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally marketed
- Coordinate with internal sales and leasing teams to maximise exposure and conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and property documentation
- Achieve monthly KPIs and portfolio acquisition targets
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Represent ANWA Properties professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
- in portfolio management, leasing, or sales
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
