ANWA Properties is a growing real estate company specializing in residential leasing, property management, and holiday homes.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing & Property Management Executive to join our team and support our expanding portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings.
- Advertise properties on property portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in closing leasing transactions and preparing tenancy contracts.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property handovers.
- Assist with rental valuations and market research.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.
- Liaise with third-party service providers including cleaners, maintenance companies, utility providers, and pest control contractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Assist with the management of holiday homes and residential properties.
- Ensure all property information, tenancy records, and CRM systems are updated accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high professional standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes, or a related real estate role.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Must own a car.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures is an advantage.
- Experience with property portals and CRM systems is preferred.
