Portal Specialist – Job Description (UAE Real Estate)
Job Summary
The Portal Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing property listings across major real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company websites.
The role ensures that all listings are accurate, compliant, up-to-date, and generate maximum visibility and leads for the company.
The specialist also monitors portal performance, handles Madhmoun submissions, and coordinates with agents and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and comply with portal guidelines and company standards.
- Coordinate with brokers and sales agents to collect property details, photographs, floor plans, and pricing information.
- Monitor listing performance, ranking, visibility, and lead generation.
- Remove expired, rented, sold, or unavailable properties promptly.
- Handle Madhmoun submissions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update property listings on the company website and CRM system.
- Generate portal performance reports and analyze leads, views, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for property advertisements, brochures, and online campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of descriptions, prices, and images across all platforms.
- Monitor competitors' listings and market trends to improve listing performance.
- Maintain organized records of active and inactive properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate portal management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, CRM systems, and Madhmoun.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
